I LOVED the author s way with words using humor and facts together He was down to earth and even medical issues made sense I like the thinking of this book and putting it together with the eat right every time and six meals for six pack abs is the ultimate goal for results I learned new statistics and facts about nutrition that I did not realize even after years of trying multiple ways of dieting I totally recommend this book
